This hostel was beyond amazing! The dorms were super nice with AC, and the kitchen was jaw-droppingly big and aesthetically pleasing. It was the perfect place to make friends. The events were so much fun, and the fact that you could rent a bike was mind-blowing. , being a girls-only hostel made it such a relaxing stay, especially after a bad experience before coming here. Everything was just top-notch, from the ambiance to the jacuzzi to the helpful staff and fully equipped kitchen. It was an unforgettable experience!

Stayed at a lovely place with aircon and a shared lounge. Even got to do some hilarious karaoke. The Jaguar Rescue Center was a mere 4 km away, just a hop and skip.
Woke up feeling like a superstar after all that squeaky bed action. Goodbye, peaceful sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and mellow hostel. The common area was comfortable and welcoming, and we loved the huge kitchen where we could prepare our meals. The beds in the dorms were cozy, and we appreciated the privacy curtain and personal lights/power socket. The option to rent bikes for only $6 a day was a great addition, and we enjoyed exploring the area on two wheels. we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience at La Tribu in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca.
Although there were many positives, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The beds were quite squeaky, which made it difficult to sleep at times.
